Free body columns

In a conversation with the editor-in-chief of the Ostsee-Zeitung Rügen, Jens-Uwe Berndt, the idea was born to write columns about my colorful life as a nude photographer and to illustrate them. After the first dozen columns, I received inquiries about whether these contributions would be available in a bound edition, and so I decided to create this book on nudes. This book not only showcases aesthetic and skillfully photographed images, like my two previous nude photo volumes, but also allows the reader to humorously experience how quirky photo ideas come to life, how challenges are overcome, how appealing models are found, and what the work of a nude photographer looks like—right down to the practical use of the images. My appreciation for the models, my aesthetic sensitivity to this genre, and my standards for the model and for myself are all reflected here.
