Foscam V8EP, 8MP UHD POE IP surveillance camera with stable POE connection, sound and light alarm, two-way audio, smart home compatible. Note: This new series of POE cameras does not include a separate power adapter as standard. The Foscam V8EP is an 8-megapixel outdoor surveillance camera with person and pet detection, as well as HD images. The camera provides stable performance over the Ethernet connection. Power over Ethernet allows for easy installation, as only one cable is needed for power and data. The camera works with Foscam NVR.

The person and pet detection reduces unwanted alarms caused by moving branches or flying objects, thanks to Foscam's advanced person and vehicle detection. With the latest detection technologies, the camera identifies threats, giving you more peace of mind and fewer false alarms.

Two-way communication allows you to speak and listen through the built-in microphone and speaker. A friendly "hello" for friends or family, or a warning for unwanted visitors. When a (potential) intruder is detected, the camera's siren and spotlight are activated to warn the intruder. The spotlight can also be manually activated. The siren supports up to 100 dB.
