Product details
Spectrum Nylon PA6 Natural Low Warp 1.75mm 1kg Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) is an extremely durable technical material. Parts printed with nylon not only have high abrasion resistance but also excellent temperature resistance. Additionally, Polyamide PA6 is characterized by good insulating properties, chemical resistance to fats and oils, and high mechanical strength. These features make it suitable for printing functional parts such as sliding bearings, gears, or guide rails. Nylon PA6 filament is very sensitive to moisture. To achieve the best possible performance of the printed object, it is recommended to thoroughly dry the material before printing. Spectrum Filaments PA6 is one of the few nylon filaments that exhibits very low shrinkage of about 0.3%.
Advantages of Spectrum Nylon PA6 Low Warp:
- Very low shrinkage behavior of 0.3%
- High temperature resistance
- Easy release of printed objects from the print bed
- High abrasion resistance
- Wide range of applications
- Chemical resistance to fats and oils
- High mechanical strength
- Excellent layer adhesion
