The Ancient Gods awaken and carve a path back into a world succumbing to madness. In hospitals, abandoned classrooms, quiet apartments, and dark forests, strange apparitions and inexplicable phenomena test the mental health of Shiokawa's residents. Are these signs of chaotic retribution or the consequences of the machinations of beings that far exceed our imagination?

This is World of Horror: The end of the world is near, and the only way out is to confront the terror that reigns over the apocalypse. Navigate through this hellish reality and face the cosmic horror of this roguelite RPG by engaging in turn-based combat and making tough decisions.

Participate in dark rituals, uncover disturbing clues, and solve puzzles in randomly generated mysteries. Each enigmatic case leads to random encounters with nightmarish figures in the style of horror legends Junji Ito and H.P. Lovecraft.

Choose one of five unique characters to begin your investigation. As the game progresses, additional characters will be unlocked. The darkness surrounding Shiokawa hides more than 20 mysterious cases with different endings in each playthrough. The eerie chiptune soundtrack and the distinctive 1-bit graphic style, created entirely in MS Paint, enhance the chilling atmosphere of World of Horror.
