The brass nozzles with PTFE coating are an optimized version of the standard brass nozzles. The Teflon coating offers the following advantages: - Plastic does not stick to the nozzle - no deposits in the nozzle that could lead to blockages - improved flow of the plastic melt through the nozzle opening - lower feed forces required - faster color change.
