Extrudr - TPU Semisoft 85A - White - 2.85mm TPU Flex Semisoft has been specifically developed for FDM/FFF processes. With an elongation of up to 550%, high material quality, excellent chemical resistance, and heat resistance up to 98 °C, this material is suitable for numerous industrial applications. It is highly impact and break-resistant, halogen-free, and free from silicone, plasticizers, and oils. Additionally, it is UV-resistant.

Maximum Load: TPU Flex is one of the most durable materials currently available for FDM/FFF processes.

Break Elongation: TPU Flex Semisoft only reaches its limits at an extension of more than 550%.

Operating Temperature: TPU Flex Semisoft has a softening temperature of 98 °C and is extremely heat-resistant.

Difficulty Level: TPU Flex is suitable for printers with Bowden extruders. Due to its properties regarding flexibility, water absorption, and heat resistance, prior knowledge is necessary.

Visual Quality: Thanks to professional processing, products from the TPU Flex series feature a smooth surface.

Layer Adhesion: TPU Flex is characterized by extreme layer adhesion. The layers cannot be separated by human force.
