Product details
Fiber Fault Checker is a small and lightweight device that emits a visible red laser. It can be used to check single and multi-mode optical fibers very effectively. Connected to the fiber optic cable via a fiber optic connector, the red laser can serve as a reference point and help locate the point where the fiber optic cable has failed, which the OTDR cannot find (fiber optic cable break; start and end) and the area of high bending loss.
It is ideal for passive fiber network elements such as patchcords, pigtails, fiber core boxes, or bare fiber cables. These products are widely used in optical communication, optical transmission, optical fiber, fiber detection, and other fields of scientific research, production, and construction. The checker can test not only single mode fiber but also multi-mode fiber.
