With the EX-3649 controller, you can expand the computer with two mSATA (Half Size and Full Size) and two M.2 NGFF 2280, 2260, 2242, or 2230 modules with B-Key. The controller supports RAID 0/1 and JBOD. The EX-3649 requires at least one PCI-Express x2 slot. PCIe (x2) card for two M.2 NGFF and two mSATA SSD modules. Integrated ASM1062R high-performance processor. Supports RAID 0/1 and JBOD as well as port multiplier for two different drives. Supports M.2 NGFF 2280, 2260, 2242, and 2230 board types and mSATA Half Size and Full Size. Complies with PCIe Specification Rev. 2.0. 4A maximum output current. Short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection.
