Ewon EasyConnect EC350

The Netbiter Gateway EasyConnect EC350 is a gateway for PLC remote access and cloud-based operational data collection. You can connect the Netbiter EC350 to your PLC, plant control system, or other field devices via the following interfaces: serially via RS-232/485 and Modbus-RTU, or Ethernet-based via Modbus-TCP or EtherNet/IP. The gateway sends log data over the Internet (Ethernet) or mobile network to the cloud-based data portal Netbiter Argos. Additionally, you can connect extra sensors or other equipment directly to the gateway through the I/O ports of the EC350.

Easy commissioning: No matter where your plants and devices are located, simply connect them to a Netbiter EasyConnect gateway and access the operational data online via a standard web browser. The plug-and-play feature allows you to quickly set up even large installations without needing to be an IT or mobile communications expert.

5-band 3G (UMTS) support: A significant advantage of 3G communication is its considerably better performance compared to GPRS, as well as the ability to establish a connection in areas where only 3G mobile networks are available. With support for five different 3G frequency bands, the Netbiter EC350 can be used worldwide.

Data security: The Netbiter EasyConnect EC350 enables secure access to your plant data via 3G/GSM/GPRS-based mobile networks. Firewalls are not a barrier. There is no need for fixed public IP addresses, VPN tunnels, or expensive M2M-specific SIM cards.
