The eBOX Lite filament box is an affordable storage solution with constant temperature and humidity. It is protected against moisture and dust and features a heating function specifically designed for 3D printing filaments. With the rise of 3D printing technology, the use of 3D printing filaments has also significantly increased. The filaments used are typically spool-shaped and all have a certain level of moisture absorption. This moisture uptake not only reduces the molecular weight but also makes the filaments brittle. A series of bubbles appear on the surface of the prints, and the printed model becomes stringy, rough, and whitish. By heating and adding a fan to circulate and evaporate the moisture, the filaments are kept dry during printing, which also improves print quality.
