The rotary knob not only serves to set the desired temperature value but also acts as a control center for making adjustments. By pressing the rotary knob, the menu is opened, allowing for settings to be made. With the universal sensor input for thermocouples and resistance thermometers, almost all common sensor types can be connected. The connected sensor type can be easily selected in the settings.
