Multifunction sensor relay UC for brightness, twilight, wind, rain, and frost. Standby loss without multisensor MS is only 0.5 watts. The multifunction sensor relay MSR12-UC evaluates the signals from the multisensor MS once every second and issues corresponding control commands to the downstream actuators based on the settings of the rotary switches on the front. The OptoMOS semiconductor outputs switch the voltage present at the universal voltage input terminal +B1. Only one multisensor MS can be connected to a multifunction sensor relay MSR12-UC. However, multiple MSR12-UC units can be connected to one multisensor MS to evaluate up to three cardinal directions with the light sensors of the MS. Only one MSR12-UC requires the external terminating resistor to be present. For additional MSR12-UC units, it must be removed. The power supply simultaneously powers the multisensor MS connected to terminals MS1, MS2, MSA, and MSB, including heating for the rain sensor surface. After installation, wait for the automatic synchronization of about 1 minute. During this time, 3 LEDs will light up in a steady sequence.
