Eltako FTS14 communication interface

FTS14 communication interface for the Eltako RS485 bus with integrated power supply 12V DC/8W. Standby loss is only 0.6 watts. Supply voltage is 230V. The package includes 2 terminating resistors for plug-in with printing ?, 1/2 TE, 3 jumpers 1 TE (including 1 spare), 2 jumpers 1/2 TE (including 1 spare), and a jumper mounting tool SMW14. Cross-wiring of bus and power supply is done with a jumper. The included second terminating resistor must be plugged in at the last actuator. Mini-USB for connecting a PC to create a device list, configure actuators using the PC tool PCT14, and for data backup. A legalization code for downloading the PCT14 is included with the FTS14KS. All FTS14EM and, if applicable, FGW14 gateways are connected to the Hold terminal when they connect a PC with RS232 bus. The operating mode rotary switch BA allows setting 10 different operating modes according to the user manual. The LED at the bottom lights up green when a connection is established by the PC tool PCT14. When reading or writing data, the green LED flashes. The green LED goes out when the connection is terminated by the PC tool PCT14. If the load exceeds 50% of the rated power of 8W, a half-unit ventilation gap with the spacer DS14 is required on the left side.
