Machined from solid aluminum, this backplate can also be mounted on the EK-Quantum Vector XC3 RTX 3070 water blocks. It covers the entire length of the graphics card PCB. Mounted on the back of the graphics card, it provides passive cooling for the components located there. In its metallic finish, the nickel-plated aluminum is also a visual highlight.
Additionally, the backplate adds greater stability to your graphics card with a water cooler. This effectively prevents the PCB from bending due to uneven tightening of the screws when attaching the main cooler, thus avoiding permanent stress.
