EKL Rubber plug for fans

If you value a quiet PC, you should be able to invest this small amount to eliminate the last remaining noises. The loudest components are known to be the fans in a case, as they transmit their vibrations to the casing.

To prevent this, vibration dampeners are used, which effectively stop the fans from making contact with the case through a rigid body.

The set consists of 4 rubber elements that secure the fan to the case.

Using the rubber dampeners requires no additional tools and can be done in no time.

The fan now has no chance of transmitting its annoying vibrations to the case.

Please note that the vibration dampeners must be fully inserted into the screw holes of the fans to ensure a secure hold. While they can be pressed into the screw holes of the case much more easily, they must also be completely pushed through on the fan side. To do this, pull firmly on the rubber from the back of the fan hole until it clicks into place. The rubber is very durable and will not tear! (Please do not pull with pliers.)

If it proves to be too difficult, simply lubricate the rubber a little beforehand. Once clicked in, the vibration killer is securely in place.
