Eaton Voltage Indicator UVA: additional details
The voltage indicator lights up when a connection is made to the three phases and the neutral conductor. The green LEDs for phases L1, L2, and L3 illuminate. If only two phases are connected, e.g., L1 and L3, the corresponding LEDs will light up even if the neutral conductor N is missing. It can be used as a voltage return indicator in systems with manual network emergency switching operation. The wide operating voltage range is 85-690 V AC/DC. Single-phase applications as well as DC applications are possible.
