Product details
The Eaton surge switch, model Z-S230/S, is a reliable control device designed for use in electrical distributions. With a control voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz, this switch is ideal for the pulse operation of electrical consumers. The switch features a normally closed contact and can handle a rated current of up to 16 A at 250 V AC. Installation is straightforward on a DIN rail, making it easy to set up in control cabinets. The switch is suitable for various applications and offers high flexibility by allowing both single and multi-wire connections. Its compact design, with a width of only 1TE (17.5 mm), enables space-saving installation in distributions. Additionally, the surge switch is equipped with a terminal cross-section of 0.5 to 10 mm² for single and multi-wire conductors, as well as 0.5 to 6 mm² for fine-stranded conductors, expanding the connection options.
