The RapidChange Revo™ nozzle is specifically designed for printing with belts and offers an extended reach that enables printing at a 45° angle with Revo HotEnds. You can change the nozzles in less than 60 seconds without tools or hot tightening – just use your fingers!

Feel free to experiment with the Revo belt nozzles, which are available in three different sizes: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm. With the easy nozzle swap, you can try sizes you may not have used before. Quickly set up your 3D printer for ultra-fine or ultra-thick extrusion widths, allowing you to print large objects in less time or tiny objects with high resolution.

Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and heat break in one unit, eliminating the risk of dangerous hot tightening and the possibility of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating hot end leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!

Identify the nozzle sizes at a glance with a color-coded silicone sock. Each Revo nozzle also has its size engraved with easily readable numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn.

Please note: Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6 heating blocks. You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
