Product details
The LPS8N 4G is an open-source multi-channel LoRaWAN gateway. With this gateway, you can connect your LoRa radio network to an IP network via mobile 4G LTE, WiFi, or Ethernet. The user manual also includes an example of how to easily connect this gateway to TTN (The Things Network). The LPS8 uses the Semtech Packet Forwarder and is fully compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. The gateway includes a Semtech SX1302 chip, which provides 10 programmable parallel demodulation paths and two SX1250 for downlink. This combination offers a higher data transmission rate than a solution with a single SX1301/SX1308 chip. This gateway can handle up to 1000 LoRaWAN end nodes from various manufacturers.
