DJI LiDAR rangefinder

The LiDAR focus system makes it easier to focus during handheld shots without having to rely on the surface structure of the subject. This is particularly useful in low-light environments and offers exceptional capabilities when focusing.

The LiDAR rangefinder (RS) can detect subjects up to 14 meters away with 43,200 measurement points and features an integrated camera with an equivalent focal length of 30 mm and a wide field of view of 70°. This covers most focusing requirements. Together with the focus motor (2022), it also enables autofocus with manual lenses.

With the LiDAR rangefinder (RS), the RS 3 Pro supports ActiveTrack Pro and provides improved subject recognition and tracking performance. Included are LiDAR rangefinder (RS) × 1, multi-camera control cable (USB-C, 30 cm) × 1, LiDAR control cable (USB-C, 30 cm) × 1.
