Product details

The gray thermal paste offers outstanding performance values. With a viscosity of 73 CPS, a thermal conductivity of over 5.8 W/m-k, and a thermal impedance of less than 0.201 °C-in2/W, it ensures efficient heat dissipation. The dielectric constant A is over 5.1. This paste is designed for operation in a wide temperature range from -30 °C to +280 °C. Its composition consists of 50% silicone, 20% carbon, and 30% metal oxide. Despite the striking flames on the packaging, don't be deceived. This thermal paste works effectively in combination with a powerful processor fan or water cooling system to keep your processor temperatures low, even during intense gaming sessions. With a net weight of 1.5 grams, this tube provides enough material for up to 10 applications.
