The Delock PCI Express card expands the PC with three external USB 5 Gbps ports. Various USB devices such as USB sticks, card readers, external enclosures, etc., can be connected.

Power Delivery (PD) at the USB-C port
The USB Type-C port supports Power Delivery functionality. This allows connected devices such as smartphones, tablets, and even notebooks to be charged.
