The ReadyRails static rail kit for 1U-2U systems such as the PowerEdge R610 and R710 allows for tool-free installation in racks with four posts and square holes or non-threaded round holes (including all generations of Dell racks). Additionally, tool-assisted installation is possible in racks with four posts and threaded holes, as well as in two-post (Telco) racks, making it versatile in its applications. The static rails support a wider range of racks than the sliding rails but do not allow for in-rack maintenance and are therefore not compatible with the cable management arm. Compatible with R715, R810, R815, or R910. The static rail kit does not include screws, as threaded hole racks come with different thread types. Users must provide their own screws to secure the static rails in racks with threaded holes or two posts. This product has been tested and validated for use with Dell systems.
