Product details
Package label and ATB printer with tear-off bar
The TK180 is the most compact combined boarding pass and package label printer with Native AEA firmware for seamless integration into CUTE and CUPPS platforms. The TK180 printer is specifically designed for small check-in counters where space constraints are a significant issue and can manage both boarding pass tickets and paper rolls for receipts. The package label holder is taken over by the optional paper roll holder.
The TK180 is a dual printer, as it can operate as both a boarding pass and package label device with the same firmware. With the NATIVE AEA 2012 firmware, simplified integration into any software architecture is possible without additional software. The TK180 is equipped with a powerful internal processor and hot swap functionality.
The TK180 can use the same firmware for both boarding pass and package label printing, which can be configured through the setup. It offers reliable and fast printing at 200 mm/s. The Ethernet, RS232, and USB interfaces allow for easy and flexible integration at any airport. In addition to the most common sensors, the device features the new mobile VeriNotch sensor, which can detect black marks or gaps on any type of paper.
The TK180 has an automatic sensor calibration device that is activated with each paper feed, avoiding any type of ticket waste and thus contributing to environmental protection and reducing operating costs. It features a two-sided tear-off mechanism with full display. The TK180 supports UHF RFID according to IATA 1740C, Standard EPC Gen 2.
