Product details
Sermon D3 Stability in industrial quality. Sturdy frame with thick metal plates and four vertical aluminum profiles from aerospace. All X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with linear shafts made of stainless steel with a hardness of 60 HRC. The printer withstands the inertial force of the moving print head well. The integrated X/Y-axis gantry system is CNC-milled with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and adapts seamlessly. The precise high-torque motors and durable belts and pulleys further reduce mechanical errors and increase accuracy.
14 filaments to choose from:
Standard filaments: PLA, PLA wood, PETG, PET
High-strength filaments: ABS, PA66, ASA, PC, PC-ABS
Flexible filaments: TPU95A, TPC
Wear-resistant filaments: PLA-CF, PA66-CF, PET-CF. *Note: For flexible filament, please install and use the replacement filament spool holder on top of the printer.
Reliable extrusion at 300 °C temperature. The "Sprite" direct drive extruder with dual gears delivers strong extrusion and retraction force. The internally polished nozzle made of a copper alloy and the bi-metal heat break operate smoothly at a consistently high temperature with less heat generation. Additionally, it is equipped with two large 5015 fans.
Large yet delicate. The Sermoon D3 offers a generous build volume of 300 x 250 x 300 mm. This stable and precise machine produces stunningly fine prints with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, with the texture of the lawyer barely visible.
Up to 5 times printing speed. The advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 microsteps, allowing for smooth printing at up to 5 times the speed. The production capacity is multiplied over a specific period.
Connected for a smarter workflow. Remote printing: Once the printer is connected to the LAN or Internet via Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet port.
