Creality 1000mm GT2 belt repair kit

This is a belt repair kit from Creality. With this kit, you can cut your own replacement belts without needing to have a specific one in stock for each of your Creality printers. In the table below, you can see the length to which you need to cut your belt, depending on the printer and axis. The tolerance is 1.5 mm. Make sure the belt is flat when measuring. Then, the brass sleeves are crimped at both ends of the belt using flat pliers. Be sure to leave about 1-2 mm of space between the brass sleeve and the end of the belt.

Belt Repair Instructions:
1. Look up the cut length for your desired printer in the table.
2. Cut the belt to the exact length (make sure the belt is flat when measuring).
3. Mount the brass sleeve 1-2 mm inwards from the belt.
4. Press firmly with flat pliers.
