Club 3D CSV-1543

The Club 3D CSV-1543 is a USB Gen2 Type-C PD charging hub featuring two Type-C 10G ports and two USB Type-A 10G ports. The two USB Type-A ports are designed for data transfer, with one of the USB Type-A ports capable of charging connected USB Type-A devices (such as smartphones, tablets, U-disks, etc.) at 1.5 A. One of the two USB Type-C ports is used for data transfer and charging the connected USB Type-C device, while the other USB Type-C port supports both data and PD 3.0 charging. It can be used with any USB Type-C host (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.) that supports Power Delivery 3.0.

A high energy conversion efficiency means low power consumption and minimal heating: 98.2% at Vin=5 V and 92.5% at Vin=20 V. The advanced energy management ensures uninterrupted operation of USB Type-A SSDs and U-disks when Vin is set to 5 V or 20 V, so the connected USB device remains connected when plugging and unplugging the PD charger into the USB Type-C charging port. The supported USB device current is 1.5 A for PD 3.0 devices.

If the current of the connected USB device exceeds the specified value, the USB device will be disconnected when the PD charger is connected and will reconnect after a few seconds. When used with a PD 2.0 supported host PC, the connected USB Type-A device will be disconnected when unplugging the USB Type-C PD charger and will reconnect within a few seconds. Fast role switching of PD 3.0 is supported, ensuring that the connected device remains connected when plugging and unplugging the PD charger while working with a PD 3.0 device.
