Breakout is back! Choice Provisions (Bit.Trip) has turned the legendary series on its head. Or rather, on its side. In this neon-soaked version of the classic, you must literally break through each puzzle by removing blocks to reach the goal. The longer you play, the more combos and effects you'll encounter, and the most skilled players will be rewarded with a spectacular light show. Special blocks give you an advantage, such as massive explosions for clearing blocks, a barrier that saves your ball, and a laser cannon that clears your path. Each of these blocks rewards players with dazzling dynamic effects, creating a level of excitement never before seen in Breakout. Each of the 72 levels will push your skills to the limit, but you won't be without help. A focus mode allows you to slow down time at the cost of your score. If you need assistance and company, you can team up with a friend and play through the entire game in local two-player co-op mode.
