The DDS function generator GX 310 for 10 MHz produces signals that are significantly more accurate in frequency and shape than those from conventional generators. The GX 310 generates a wide variety of precise signals from 0.01 Hz to 10 MHz (10 measurement ranges): sine, triangle, square, and LOGIC, TTL output. The external frequency counter has a measurement range of 5 Hz to 100 MHz. This ergonomic device features a large LCD display (125 x 45 mm) that offers excellent readability thanks to a main display with 5 digits and a digit height of 20 mm. Additionally, all control parameters can be displayed simultaneously (VDC, VRMS, VPP, or signal shape). The strength of the backlight and the contrast are adjustable. The GX 310 is available as a programmable model via USB interface using the SCPI protocol.
