Product details
Now fans and newcomers alike have the opportunity to experience the beginnings of the legendary Resident Evil series at its best: The Resident Evil Origins Collection (US version) is a physical collection of the two classic series Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero, each in lavishly remastered HD versions.
In the original Resident Evil, players can choose between Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine as they search for the missing Bravo team in Raccoon City. Along the way, challenging enemies, tricky puzzles and deadly traps stand in their way, while limited ammunition and healing packs make survival an art. Resident Evil 0 tells the accompanying backstory: reports of unusual murders in the Raccoon City neighbourhood dominate the media. S.T.A.R.S. dispatches its Bravo team, including newcomer Rebecca Chambers, who soon meets former soldier and criminal Billy Coen. As the game progresses, players take control of Rebecca and Billy, switching between them repeatedly to solve puzzles and survive the horrors of the game.
Features: code-free - runs on European Switch consoles. Resident Evil Zero on a software card, Resident Evil 1 as a download code. Back to the roots. Reveal the truth about the events at Spencer Mansion and aboard the "Ecliptic Express." Fully redesigned graphics. Brand new high-resolution textures and full HD resolution on modern consoles make the game more appealing than ever without sacrificing the classic look. Completely reworked soundscape. For the first time, the horror sounds in crystal-clear 5.1 surround sound, with danger approaching acoustically from all sides. Brand new Wesker mode. For the first time, Resident Evil 0 players can experience the events that led to the iconic Spencer Mansion from the perspective of Albert Wesker, including special equipment and incredible new abilities. A powerful experience for all series fans and newcomers alike.
