An ultrasonic motor ensures very fast and extremely quiet focusing. Excellent holding torque prevents inaccuracies. In addition, manual focusing without switching is possible at any time. In this way the focus can be adjusted without having to switch off the AF function.
Attractive background blur
The practically circular aperture gives the blurred area a softer, more uniform appearance. The targeted use of background blur emphasizes the subject in the foreground.
Super Spectra coating
The Super Spectra coating provides excellent colour balance and enhanced contrast. It also minimises glare and stray light - a common problem caused by light being reflected by the camera's sensor.
