The graphics cards of the GeForce RTX 4000 series from NVIDIA use a 16-pin connector (12+4-pin) according to the PCIe standard for the power supply. This connector is referred to as the 12VHPWR connector. CableMod offers the PRO ModMesh RT 12VHPWR PCIe cable, which has been specially developed for RT series power supplies from ASUS, Phanteks and Seasonic.
The CableMod PRO ModMesh RT 12VHPWR PCIe cable has a high-quality ModMesh jacket. It consists of 16AWG conductors that support an output power of up to 600 watts. In addition, the cable is equipped with five pre-installed, closed cable combs.
The distance between the graphics card connector and the side panel should be at least 4 to 4.5 cm. In addition, the cable should only be bent at a distance of 35 mm from the connection to the GPU. Finally, it must be ensured that the 12+4-pin plug is fully and securely inserted into the graphics card socket.
