Cabelcon F-6-TD 7.0 QM TrueDrop F Compression Plug

For the installation of the Cabelcon F-6-TD QM 7.0 TrueDrop compression connector, a compression tool is required. This connector is the successor to the F-56-CX3 5.1.

The 100% waterproof Cabelcon F compression connector, based on the patented Cabelcon Quick-Mount principle, is suitable for most satellite cables with an outer diameter of 6.5-7.5 mm. The connector clamps onto the cable from the outside.

Cabelcon "True Drop" Technology:

• Optimized thread engagement: The connector finds the thread more quickly when being attached and screwed on.
• Improved coupling nut: It can now be more easily tightened by hand.
• The connector is waterproof according to IP X68 (30 m / 8 h).
• Newly developed contact area for the end of the F socket.
• The mechanical fit and electrical contact between the connector and socket are improved, as the formation of gaps due to uneven surfaces of the socket is reduced or prevented.
• The connector fits more securely onto the socket, the ground connection is better, and the risk of intermodulation disturbances is reduced. The connector is less likely to loosen due to mechanical vibrations and movements of the cables. One of the most common and hard-to-detect faults in reception systems is loose F connectors.
