Product details

B+W Basic 093 infrared filter black-red. The B+W 093 infrared filter, which is almost black but dark purple in front of a light source, blocks visible light up to 650 nm and only lets 50% through just below 700 nm (hence the dark red colour). For 730 nm to 2000 nm, the transmission is over 90 %, i.e. very high. This enables images of pure red and infrared colours. This IR filter is suitable for most digital cameras.
