The Broadcom HBA 9500-8i Tri-Mode is a storage controller that supports SATA 6Gb/s, SAS 12Gb/s and PCIe 4.0 (NVMe) interfaces. It is a plug-in card with a PCIe 4.0 x8 bus type. This device is compatible with hard drives and solid-state drives and has 8 channels and a maximum of 1024 storage peripherals.
