The standard service contract is aimed at customers who print frequently and consider their printer an important business resource. Repairs are carried out at the customer's location. It includes labor costs, all replacement parts, and print heads, provided that Brady materials are used. A loan printer is available upon request. The contract also includes annual maintenance.
