Hephestos 2 is the second DIY (Do it yourself) printer from BQ. Hephestos was based on Prusa i3, one of the most popular models in the RepRap community.
With this new version, BQ has evolved to offer a professional printer while maintaining its original philosophy. BQ has opted for a new design that allows a larger print volume of 210 mm x 297 mm x 220 mm.
