My life story , how it all began and how you can live a relatively nice life despite the diagnosis. This book is about prejudices and skills. It is probably most interesting to first ask yourself " Why am I writing a book ? "- when there are so many others out there who are putting their stories down on paper. Well, I think in my case there are several reasons. Firstly, because it gives me the opportunity to see my fate in a different light. Yes, perhaps I can, if I see it in black and white, better tolerate and process. On the other hand I can encourage the borderline patients out there and show them that they are not alone. That one can manage life in spite of this illness. Furthermore, I would like to give relatives and friends tips on how to deal with us and eliminate prejudices.
