PrintSmooth High-Performance Gear Grease

Use this gear grease to lubricate the LGX steel drivetrain and extend its lifespan. Perform a visual inspection of the dual main gear every 100 operating hours. Reapply grease if it is lacking. Apply PrintSmooth to all steel teeth of the drivetrain and the needle bearings every 6 months, or twice a year, if you use your LGX Steel Drive Train for 15 hours or less per week. Reduce this interval to 4 months, 3 times a year, if you use the device more intensively.

PrintSmooth is an NLGI Class 2 lubricant optimized for long-term use at high speeds, featuring good consistency-temperature behavior, excellent water resistance, and outstanding corrosion and wear protection. It consists of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil and a barium complex soap thickener, providing a working temperature range of -40 to +180°C.
