Designed with Flexibility in Mind

The LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend features a reversible heatsink that can be installed on either the left or right side of the cold block. The heatsink also includes a hole pattern for mounting 40×40 fans.

Cooling the Cold Block

Our tests have shown that a 4010 fan is sufficient to cool the cold block and the cold zone of the heat break, even with such a small contact area with the heatsink.

Each LGX Shortcut Copperhead Hotend comes with:

  • 1x LGX black anodized aluminum heatsink
  • 1x LGX black anodized aluminum cold block with air cooling
  • 1x LGX air-cooled cold block mounting hardware
  • 1x Copperhead LGX heat break
  • 1x Copperhead hot block
  • 1x Bondtech M6x1x7.5 coated brass nozzle 0.4mm
  • 1x silver-based thermal paste 0.5g.
