Product details
Advanced Core Heating Technology The Bondtech CHT nozzle splits the filament into three strands, increasing the surface area that comes into contact with heat. This design significantly improves melt efficiency and allows for higher printing speeds without compromising quality. This is particularly beneficial when printing with high-flow materials or at larger layer heights. Durable Coated Brass Construction This nozzle, made from high-quality brass and coated with nickel, is corrosion-resistant, reduces friction, and maintains performance over time. The smooth inner surface minimizes the risk of clogs and ensures consistent extrusion, making it ideal for demanding print jobs. Wide Compatibility This nozzle is designed to be compatible with various hotends commonly used with Elegoo printers and other brands, including Mosquito, Copperhead, E3D V4/V5/V6, and RepRap M6. It is also compatible with aftermarket hotends, such as those used in the Bambu Lab X1, providing flexibility for upgrades and custom setups. Material Recommendations The coated brass construction is suitable for printing with a variety of non-abrasive filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, TPE, Nylon, ASA, PC, HIPS, PP, and PVA. For abrasive materials like carbon or glass-filled composites, Bondtech recommends using hardened steel or coated copper nozzles instead. Installation Instructions To ensure a safe and proper installation, always heat the heating element to at least 250 degrees Celsius before removing or installing the nozzle. Use a 6mm wrench and apply a maximum torque of 1.5 Nm to avoid damaging the threads or the nozzle structure.
