Bigben Interactive and the development studio Eko Software are excited to announce the upcoming release of the game Handball 17. The first trailer and the game's cover can already be admired. The cover was created in collaboration with Thierry Omeyer from Paris Saint-Germain Handball, the captain and goalkeeper of the French national team, a two-time Olympic, three-time European, and four-time world champion. The new version of the game, featuring content from the 2016/2017 season, will be available from October 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox One.

In the new season, in addition to the two German leagues and the top leagues from France and Spain, the second French league will join the handball series for the first time. This is due to the league's inclusion in the French Ligue National de Handball. The game features all 82 official teams from the most prestigious leagues in Europe: the DKB Handball Bundesliga and the 2. Handball Bundesliga from Germany, the LIDL STARLIGUE and PROLIGUE from France, as well as the Spanish league ASOBAL.

Developed by the French studio Eko Software, Handball 17 offers even more dynamic and realistic matches thanks to numerous new features. A completely revamped gameplay, new AI, brand new commentary, and several additional difficulty levels make this handball simulation more realistic than ever before. Handball fans can play with the biggest stars of the sport and lead their favorite team to victory. In local and online multiplayer modes, they can also compete against friends.
