The activity sensor continuously records physical activity and monitors sleep quality. Optimal activity control and sleep analysis are provided through the free HealthManager app. Data is transmitted via Bluetooth Smart technology. During activity tracking, the number of steps, distance traveled, calorie consumption, duration of activity, and achievement of daily movement goals are recorded. Sleep tracking captures sleep movement activity and duration. The alarm function wakes you with a vibration alert, but not your partner. The storage capacity is 30 days and 7 nights.
