The hinge switch SHS3 offers great flexibility in installation, connection, and adjustment. Since the hinge switch is directly integrated into the protective device, it provides increased tamper protection. The SHS3 can be used on all doors, hoods, and flaps and can be mounted on the right or left. The switching point of the safe hinge switch can be freely adjusted throughout the entire pivot range from 0° to 270°. An integrated fine adjustment screw allows for the switching point to be adjusted by +/- 1.5°. Thanks to the included replacement kit, the switching point adjustment can be repeated as often as needed when the system is expanded. Since a blank hinge with the same design is also available, conventional load hinges can be omitted. It is a safe, complete solution for rotating protective devices with hinges, encompassing both hinge and safety switch. With an IP67 protection rating, it can be used in areas with strict hygiene regulations or heavy contamination. High tamper protection, as it is directly connected to the protective device.
