The PU45C Arca quick release plate from Benro is a 45 mm long standard Arca quick release plate designed for use with the Benro FS20PROC photo/video hybrid head as well as many other Benro and Arca-Swiss compatible heads. The plate is equipped with a standard 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw and features a rubber base to prevent twisting. The plate is available in ocean blue. It is included with the FS20PROC head and is sold here as a replacement or spare part.
