The AMS Lite feed unit has been specifically designed to support the AMS Lite when printing with multiple colors and materials. Due to its symmetrical design, the feed unit is available in both left and right versions. The left feed unit fits into Slot 1 and Slot 2, while the right feed unit fits into Slot 3 and Slot 4. Although the left and right feed units have only minor structural differences, their functionality and purpose are identical. Please note that each feed unit can only be installed in its designated position. Make sure to choose the correct version (left or right) before purchasing. Each feed unit has its own motors and gears to actively push the filament forward. Once the filament is loaded, the feed unit automatically pulls it in and guides it through the PTFE tube to the tool head.
