The LCD monitor and the keyboard module with touchpad can be pulled out of the rack independently. To create more space in the data center, the keyboard module with touchpad can be retracted while the slim LCD screen is extended and remains flat against the rack for monitoring the computers - allowing for convenient oversight of computer activity. The KL1516Ai enables local and remote system operators to monitor and control multiple computers over an IP network. Since it uses the TCP/IP protocol for communication, the KL1516Ai can be operated from any computer on the LAN, WAN, or Internet - regardless of whether it is in the same room, across the street, or on another continent.
