The 2A-141G 10G Multi-Mode/300M Fiber Optic SFP+ module is designed for use in a 10GbE Ethernet environment, allowing you to connect a multi-mode Gigabit Ethernet network cable to the SFP+ port of a network switch. The 2A-141G provides 10GbE connectivity at distances of up to 300 meters. As a hot-pluggable module with a standard duplex connector for fiber optic communication, the 2A-141G operates with multimode fiber (MMF) connections and a nominal wavelength of 850 nm. This makes the module a cost-effective and high-performance transceiver that significantly extends the range of a compatible network switch.
