Product details
The TUF Gaming VG27WQ features a 68.58 cm (27-inch) WQHD panel (2560x1440) that delivers perfect image representation from any angle. The 1500R curvature ensures that every point on the screen is equidistant from your eyes. This enhances viewing comfort, even during extended use, and allows you to experience wide viewing angles with minimal distortion and color shifts, whether you're gaming or watching movies.
The TUF Gaming VG27WQ boasts an extremely high refresh rate of 165 Hz, allowing fast-paced, action-packed games to be displayed smoothly and completely lag-free at the highest detail levels. Maintain the upper hand at all times, whether in first-person shooters, racing games, real-time strategy, or sports titles.
The VG27WQ is equipped with ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur technology, achieving 1 ms MPRT, which not only eliminates ghosting and motion blur but also makes moving objects appear sharper, enabling a smoother and more responsive gameplay experience.

The Asus TUF Gaming VG27WQ offers the same gaming advantages as the test winner from MSI. At 400 euros, however, it is significantly cheaper and therefore deserves the price-performance award.

... Apart from that, other measured values are convincing: the input lag is outstandingly low: with 9 ms in the centre of the screen and 1.2 ms at the top, no frame gets stuck in the scaler. The colour fidelity of 1.6 is excellent for a relatively inexpensive gaming monitor, so it is also suitable for graphics work. That's why you can forgive the minor quirks.
