The Asus SDRW-08U1MT is a slim, external DVD burner that offers a simple solution for writing DVDs with its extremely high 8X writing speed, all in a lightweight, ultra-compact package. The E-Green technology can automatically close drive applications when not in use, reducing power consumption by up to 50%. The E-Media technology provides a quiet operating environment and delivers an optimal multimedia experience. Personal memories and other data can be securely stored for up to 1,000 years thanks to M-Disk support. With OTS technology, the drive performs a test before the actual burning process to determine the optimal burning method, ensuring that data is burned extremely quickly and always in the best quality.
